All Club Penguin Puffles GONE?

Dudes! Where did all the puffles go? I used to have 'Reddy' but it looks like he is gone! Could Herbert have stolen them? That reminds me, didn't he say he was targetting the puffles of Club Penguin on a PSA mission once?



So then I tried to buy a new puffle at the pet store, but it didn't work. What may be going on? Does this have to do with Herbert, or is this a major glitch?
